These Terms govern your use of Novra (the Telegram Mini App and related services). By using Novra, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility and account

• You must use Novra in compliance with Telegram rules and applicable laws.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your Telegram account.

2) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights.
• Upload harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content.
• Interfere with service stability or security.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

3) User content

• You keep ownership of content you create (wishlists, text, images).
• You grant Novra the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content to provide the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe rights.

4) Availability and changes

Novra may evolve over time. Features may be added, modified, or removed. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or abuse prevention.

5) Payments and digital goods

If paid features are enabled (for example Stars-based actions), charges are handled through Telegram payment mechanisms and related platform rules.

6) Disclaimer

Novra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if needed for security/legal reasons.

9) Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law determined by the operator's jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
