This Privacy Policy explains how Novra collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Novra Telegram Mini App and related services.

1) Data we collect

  • Telegram account data provided by Telegram Mini Apps (for example: Telegram user id, username, display info).
  • Profile data you add in Novra (display name, bio, avatar, language and preferences).
  • Wishlist and item content you create (titles, descriptions, links, prices, priorities, images).
  • Social and booking actions (follows, reservations, gifted status, reveal purchases where enabled).
  • Support data (emails and ticket messages sent to support channels).
  • Technical logs required for reliability and abuse prevention.

2) Why we process data

  • To provide core functionality of wishlists, profiles, sharing, and gifting workflows.
  • To secure accounts and prevent abuse.
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To improve product stability and performance.

3) Legal basis

We process data where necessary to provide the service you request, for legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product reliability), and to comply with legal obligations.

4) Data sharing

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We share data only with service providers needed to operate Novra (for example hosting, database, email delivery) under appropriate safeguards.
  • We may disclose data if required by law.

5) Data retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for service operation, support, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. You may request deletion as described below.

6) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, but we continuously improve protections.

7) Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data.
